The Quantum Life Pty Ltd (ABN 87 633 874 647) (“The Quantum Life”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information and handling it responsibly in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and your rights in relation to it.
This Policy applies to all personal information collected through our website (www.yummiinguyen.com), associated platforms including Kajabi and Clickfunnels, and through our programs, services, and communications — collectively referred to as the “Site” and “Services”.
By accessing or using the Site, you accept the current version of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Site or Services. Questions may be directed to: hello@yummiinguyen.com.
1. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect personal information only by lawful and fair means, and only where it is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. We may collect the following categories of personal information:

- Mailing or billing address
- Country of residence
- Purchase history and program enrolment records
1.2 Payment Information
- Billing address and payment method details
- Transaction records
Payment information is collected and processed by third-party payment processors (currently Kajabi Payments, Wise, Stripe and/or PayPal). We do not store full credit card details on our servers. Payment processors have their own privacy policies governing the use of your payment data.
1.3 Program & Coaching Information
- Information you share during coaching sessions, group calls, written submissions, or program applications
- Intake form responses, application form answers, and pre-call questionnaire responses
- Recorded coaching calls and masterclass sessions (where consent has been given)
- Telegram group participation and messages within designated program spaces
1.4 Technical & Usage Information
- Browser type and device information
- IP address and general location data
- Website usage data, pages visited, and session duration
- Cookie data (see Section 7)
1.5 Communications
- Email correspondence with us
- Social media interactions
- Customer support enquiries
- Survey or feedback responses
1.6 Sensitive Information
In the course of our coaching and spiritual mentoring programs, you may voluntarily share information of a sensitive nature — including information relating to your health, mental wellbeing, family circumstances, relationships, or personal history.
We treat such information with the highest degree of care and discretion. We will only collect sensitive information with your consent and will use it solely for the purpose of delivering our Services to you.
2. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect personal information in the following ways:
- Directly from you when you register for an account, enrol in a program, purchase a product, complete an application or intake form, or contact us
- Through your participation in coaching sessions, group calls, Telegram groups, masterclasses, and other program activities
- Through your use of the Site (including cookies and analytics tools)
- Through email correspondence, social media interactions, or survey responses
- From third-party platforms (such as Kajabi, Clickfunnels, Stripe, PayPal, and Wufoo) when you interact with them in connection with our Services
3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use personal information we collect for the following purposes:
3.1 Delivering Services
- To process your enrolment, purchase, or application
- To deliver coaching, mentoring, masterclass, and program Services
- To provide access to program content on Kajabi and associated platforms
- To communicate with you regarding your program, including scheduling, changes, and support

- To process payments and manage billing
- To maintain records of enrolments, agreements, and transactions
- To manage our client relationships and program administration
- To comply with our legal obligations, including taxation, reporting, and court orders
3.3 Communications & Marketing
- To send you program-related updates, session reminders, and support communications
- To send you our newsletter and marketing communications, where you have provided consent
- To invite you to future programs, offers, or events relevant to your participation history
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@yummiinguyen.com.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications may impact program-related communications.
3.4 Improvement & Research
- To improve the quality, design, and delivery of our programs and Services
- To understand how our website and content are used
- To conduct research and gather feedback
3.5 Legal Protection
- To enforce our Terms of Service, Program Agreements, and other policies
- To protect the rights, property, and safety of The Quantum Life Pty Ltd, our clients, and others
- To detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, and unauthorised access
4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may share personal information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business and delivering our Services. These include:
4.1 Platform & Technology Providers
- Kajabi — program hosting and course delivery
- Clickfunnels — sales funnel and landing page hosting
- Wufoo — form collection and intake
- WordPress — website hosting
- Kajabi Payments, Wise, Stripe and/or PayPal — payment processing
- Telegram — community group access for enrolled clients
- Zoom — live call delivery and recording
- Otter.ai – Call Transcriptions
All third-party providers are required to handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and are prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.
4.2 Artificial Intelligence Tools
We may use artificial intelligence platforms — currently including Otter.ai (for transcription of recorded calls) and Claude AI (for internal administrative purposes) — in connection with the delivery of our Services. Where personal information is processed through AI tools, we take all commercially reasonable steps to anonymise that information prior to processing.
You are notified that your participation in recorded sessions may result in transcription via AI tools for internal use only. Transcripts are not shared publicly or with third parties for marketing purposes.
4.3 Legal & Regulatory Disclosure
We may disclose personal information where required or authorised by law, including in response to a court order, subpoena, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement request. Where legally permitted, we will notify you of any such disclosure.
If we receive a legal request for your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to direct the requesting party to seek the information from you directly where possible.
4.4 Business Transfers
In the event that The Quantum Life Pty Ltd is sold, merged, or its assets transferred, personal information held by us may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
5. STORAGE & SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. Security measures include:
- Secure socket layer (SSL) encryption for data transmitted through the Site
- Password-protected program portals and account access
- Restricted access to personal information by authorised personnel only
- Use of reputable third-party platforms with their own security standards
Payment information is processed by our payment processors (Stripe and/or PayPal) using industry-standard encryption. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for any breach that occurs despite our reasonable precautions.
Personal information is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, or as required by law. When personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it securely.
6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our primary operations are based in Australia. However, some of the third-party platforms we use — including Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, Zoom, and Telegram — may store or process personal information on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries.
Before disclosing personal information to overseas recipients, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient handles that information in a way that is consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. By using our Site and Services, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to these overseas platforms for the purposes described in this Policy.
7. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience, understand how the Site is used, and support our marketing activities.

Where you have opted in to marketing communications, you may receive updates about new programs, masterclasses, offers, and content from The Quantum Life Pty Ltd. You may withdraw this consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly.
We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). We will not send commercial electronic messages without consent and will always include a functional unsubscribe mechanism in marketing emails.
9. YOUR RIGHTS & HOW TO EXERCISE THEM
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the following rights in relation to your personal information:
9.1 Access
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. We will respond to access requests within a reasonable timeframe. We may charge a reasonable administrative fee for processing complex requests.
9.2 Correction
If you believe that personal information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, you may request that we correct it. We will take reasonable steps to correct the information or, if we disagree, we will note your request on the record.
9.3 Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or otherwise mishandled your personal information, you may lodge a complaint with us in writing at hello@yummiinguyen.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and respond substantively within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or by calling 1300 363 992.
9.4 Withdrawal of Consent
Where we process your personal information on the basis of your consent (such as for marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Site and Services are not directed at or intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe that a minor has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately at hello@yummiinguyen.com and we will take steps to remove the information.
11. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES & LINKS
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services not operated by us. This Privacy Policy applies only to our Site and Services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY IN PROGRAMS & COMMUNITY SPACES
Personal information shared within coaching sessions, Telegram groups, program portals, and community spaces is treated as confidential. We do not share identifying personal information shared in these spaces outside the program container without your consent.
We may use anonymised learnings, insights, or case studies from our programs for teaching or marketing purposes, ensuring no identifying details are disclosed. Full testimonials or personal features are only shared with your explicit written consent.
Please note that confidentiality in community spaces also depends on the conduct of other participants. While we set clear expectations in our Program Agreements, we cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality. Participants are bound by confidentiality obligations under their Program Agreements.
13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. The current version will always be available at www.yummiinguyen.com/privacy-policy. Continued use of the Site following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you — for example, by email or by a notice on the Site.
